It covers the sites and systems we have built, and ones you have inherited from a previous vendor. The goal is simple: your technology stays up, stays patched, and stays recoverable, without you having to think about it. Managed IT is part of our Operations bundle, available on its own or alongside SEO & Content and ongoing development.

Hosting, SSL and domain management, uptime and security monitoring, automated backups, patching, and incident response. We agree response targets in writing rather than advertising a 24/7 NOC we do not run.
Can you manage a site or system you did not build?
Yes. A good share of Managed IT work starts with taking over a site or system built by someone else. We audit what is there, stabilise it, and operate it from there.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Not by default. Response targets are written into the retainer — usually next-business-day for routine work and around two-hour response for production-down incidents during AEST business hours. We do not advertise round-the-clock cover we cannot deliver.
