The Challenge
Small operating businesses end up running on a tangle of separate tools — one for customers, one for quotes, one for orders, one for invoicing, one for inventory. Each tool is fine on its own, but the reconciliation cost between them is what burns the owner's time. Floo had to be one system that owned the full operational loop.
The Solution
We built Floo as a custom web app covering the full business cycle: customer management, quotations, orders, invoicing, payment recording, products / services / suppliers, role-based employee permissions, and reporting (P&L, business status). Each function is its own focused portal, but they share one data model — so a customer in the CRM is the same record that shows up in invoicing, not a duplicate the owner has to keep in sync.
