The Youth Leadership Program is a Victorian Chinese Community initiative that identifies and develops emerging young leaders. The site exists to explain the program and accept applications — but the application form is the conversion event, and a friction-heavy form kills applications before they're submitted.
What we delivered
We built a WordPress site that surfaces the program's timeline and content clearly, with a streamlined online questionnaire and application form at the centre. Everything else on the site is in service of getting the application filled out — the layout, the navigation, and the calls to action all converge on it.
