The Challenge
WeScape Holiday is a Melbourne travel agency that does planning, consulting, and organising — they don't sell off-the-shelf bookings. The audience is bilingual (English and Chinese), and the conversion event is a qualified consultation request, not a clicked-and-paid cart.
The Solution
We built a bilingual WordPress site with one-click language switching and an online questionnaire that captures the trip context the consultants need to scope a brief. Both languages share the same editorial structure so neither audience feels like a translated afterthought. The questionnaire is the centre of the build — everything else is in service of getting it filled out.
