About the client
Sunsill Property Management runs residential projects across Melbourne. The portfolio is the sales pitch — but most clients can't visit every site in person, and photos alone don't carry the spatial sense of a property. Buyers walk away unsure whether the property is right because they couldn't feel the rooms.
What we delivered
We built a WordPress portfolio site with integrated VR virtual inspection per project, working across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Minimalist UI in light colours keeps focus on the project visuals rather than competing with them. Clients evaluate properties in 3D before deciding whether to schedule a physical visit, which both saves them time and qualifies the appointments that do happen.
