Lexcord Lawyers is a Melbourne law firm covering seven practice areas — property and conveyancing, commercial, wills and estates, intellectual property, criminal law, notary public, and migration. Legal clients research carefully and judge a firm on clarity and credibility long before they pick up the phone. The site had to present a full general practice without reading like a directory, and speak to both English- and Chinese-speaking clients across Australia.
What we delivered
We built a bilingual custom web platform where every page renders in English or Chinese with the same editorial structure on both sides. Each of the seven practice areas has its own dedicated page, so a prospect lands on the matter they actually need rather than a generic services list. A confidential consultation booking flow is the conversion event, with phone and email surfaced in the page chrome rather than buried. The tone is calm and plain-spoken — clarity over legal jargon — matching how the firm describes its own advice.
