The Challenge
Jinshan Travel runs an 'I provide, your choice' customised-tour model rather than fixed package travel — every booking is partly bespoke, and customers come back to plan multiple trips over years. That stops being a checkout problem and starts being a long-term relationship problem: customer accounts, booking history, and personalisation matter more than the one-off cart flow off-the-shelf travel sites are built around.
The Solution
We built a custom travel platform with personalised customer accounts so each traveller manages their own bookings and customisations over time. Top-menu information architecture surfaces both group tours and customised offerings clearly without forcing the customer through search. The architecture is built for the long-term relationship the business runs on, not for one-time transactions.
