B2B buyers — fleet operators, mechanics, transport businesses — need accurate shipping cost (these parts are heavy and bulky) and proper GST handling, not just a retail-style flat-rate checkout.
What we delivered
We built a custom e-commerce platform with category and tag-based navigation, automated shipping cost calculation based on postal code and package dimensions, and GST integration at checkout. Related-item recommendations help when the buyer doesn't know the exact part number they need. The site is designed for commercial buying flows rather than retail browsing.
